Corruption in any form is entirely incompatible with our vision of conducting business fairly and responsibly. We emphatically repudiate any form of bribery and corruption. We strictly prohibit corrupt agreements with customers, suppliers, government officials, and third parties. We define "corruption" as the improper obtaining or attempting to obtain personal or business benefits through illegal or inappropriate means. We consider "bribery" a clear manifestation of corruption. Our employees must not allow favors to influence their decisions, nor should they attempt to inappropriately influence third parties by offering favors. The offering and acceptance of reasonable meals and appropriate symbolic gifts under suitable circumstances are permitted. However, no gifts, meals, or entertainment should be accepted or offered if they could give the impression of undue influence on the business relationship. Employees are strictly prohibited from offering or accepting gifts that include money, loans, bribes, travel benefits, event tickets, free personal services, or other similar monetary advantages, regardless of their value. It is the responsibility of each employee to ensure that all business transactions are conducted with legitimate customers and suppliers and with legitimate funds, thereby avoiding money laundering or illegal financing. Each employee is required to comply with this anti-corruption policy and the company's Code of Conduct. In case of doubt or concern, they are encouraged to seek guidance from a superior or the Human Resources department. A confidential reporting channel is also provided via [email protected] to report inappropriate or illegal practices or actions. The responsibility to "do the right thing" and maintain the highest standards of integrity cannot be delegated and is personal to each employee. Reports of violations can be submitted directly to higher levels, including the CEO, if necessary. Any claim made in good faith will be properly investigated and without retaliation.
